Your dedicated account manager will work with you to ensure your product offering on The GBX is commercially-appealing to retailers, help you with technical or stock issues and and keep you up to date with retailer opportunities.
We know that many retailers value having a strong relationship with their suppliers so we give them the option of ordering your products via The GBX website or, alternatively, contacting you directly to develop the relationship and order from you.
We sometimes exhibit at trade and consumer shows where we feel they represent a good opportunity for sales or brand awareness. We display a range of products at The GBX showroom in Harrogate where we host meetings with trade buyer or open evenings for retailers.

The GBX sales team work closely with our retailers to put forward producers we think will be a hit with their customers. We continuously market products and producers directly or indirectly through PR, email marketing, in brochures and via social media, based on market trends and seasonal events, to increase brand awareness.
Many large organisations in the UK see the value in supporting British producers with their business. We work with house builders, recruitment companies and more to provide corporate gifting solutions such as hampers or gift bags which contain carefully-selected British products from our producers to fit their requirements.
Our experience with The GBX so far has been great. The GBX has had a brilliant attitude towards the product from the start, and wanted to help us in any way they could. Following on from this initial success, we are now continuing to work with The GBX in order to help us get not only out Mythical Spirits range into stores, but also our extensive range of Own Brand Gifting, as we hope to expand our presence.
